FAQs
Clarifying questions about services provided at Thrive Healthcare Solutions.
Can you help improve star ratings? VBP performance? HOPE or OASIS outcomes? Quality measures- whether home health or hospice?
Yes! We support all aspects of quality improvement!
Can you help me if I'm under medical review? (ADRs, TPE, UPIC, SMRC)
Yes, Thrive will support you at the redetermination and reconsideration level. We do not go to the ALJ level.
How much do services cost?
Consulting services vary based on the scope of work and project. We work diligently to be reasonably and competitively priced in relation to the value and experience we bring to your organization. You are welcome to inquire about pricing- we try our best to work within each agency's budget.
Is a consultant worth it?
This is a big question that weighs heavily on agency leaders. In our industry, agencies are scrutinized more year over year. There's always return on investment when assessing and proactively addressing risk- this is where a consultant can be extremely valuable. Reactively responding is almost always more time consuming and expensive.
Will you come to our office or virtual only?
We do both! We love to get in the field with clinicians, teach live workshops and mock surveys. Onsite is always an option that can be negotiated.
